Service & Maintenance Coordinator

The maintenance coordinator (m/f) is responsible for daily coordinating all maintenance activities on the assets managed by Ventolines’ asset management department. In addition, the maintenance coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all activities by service providers as smoothly and quickly as possible in a safe manner. Ventolines has an advanced asset performance management system, which enables remote monitoring of all assets (solar and wind farms).

The maintenance coordinator is a key figure in the operational department who must act quickly and adequately, communicate effectively, and engage in dialogue with colleagues to ensure the optimal performance of our clients’ assets.

Your responsibilities

  • Daily coordination of all activities carried out on the assets, in collaboration with Technical Managers
  • Maintaining and managing Permit-To-Work processes and procedures
  • Aligning short and long-term planning of service and maintenance with Technical Managers and service providers
  • Monitoring the status and performance of assets through the asset performance management system
  • Primary point of contact for directing service providers in case of malfunctions/downtime
  • Coordinating and directing PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) parties regarding forecasting and exceptional situations
  • Maintaining technical records and allocation of faults in the asset performance management system
  • Advising and supporting activities upon request from clients
  • On-call duty outside of office hours

Your profile

  • Strong in planning and organizing

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of MBO+ (Intermediate Vocational Education) with HTS (Higher Technical School) level of thinking
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment or position
  • Experience in performance analysis of wind turbines is advantageous
  • Experience with remote monitoring systems is advantageous
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience with work permit management (PTW) is advantageous
