Ventolines now sends sensitive documents via Smartlockr
The security of data is very important to Ventolines. That is why we now use Smartlockr for securely sending emails and documents.
With Smartlockr, messages and attachments are given an extra layer of protection. This ensures that your privacy is optimally safeguarded and prevents sensitive information from being accessed by unauthorized persons. Securely sending certain types of data is also legally required in many cases.
What does this mean for you?
You may need to complete an extra step when opening an email or attachment from Ventolines. For example, you may receive a password by email or a verification code via SMS on your mobile phone. This verification ensures that only you can access the content of the message.
How to open a secure message
Have you received a secure email from Ventolines? Follow these steps:
- Click “Open message” or “Download files” in the email.
- You will be redirected to a secure page.
- Click “Send my password” or “Send my SMS code.”
- Enter the password or SMS code you received to access the message.
Responding securely
You can also send a secure reply through the same protected message. Click “Reply.” Your response and any attachments will be securely sent to Ventolines.
